Cozumel

This post will be self explanatory. Remember all that mention about David and I needing a vacation?? Well we finally left on our Sunday morning. Up at 5:15 am ... dropped off Achilles at Christian and Mytyl's, drop off my car at David's mom's, then off to the airport to take us to Mexico :) I'll let the pictures do all the talking!

My Birthday in Cozumel was a great day. Chilled under a Palapa all day, read our books, drank our Miami Vice's and enjoyed the sunshine :) At night we both dressed up and walked down the beach to Alberto's, an authentic Mexican restaurant. No American made taco/burrito can compare to authentic Mexican tacos/burritos ... it was sooo good!! We ate, we drank our yard long drinks, and we danced on the dance floor in front of the live band. They were pretty good too, they played all kinds of music, classic rock, oldies, and today's hits of course! You can never have too much fun in Mexico on your Birthday ;)

So if you're thinking of taking a vacation I would suggest Cozumel, the island off Mexico. We're thinking our next destinations will be Rio De Janeiro because I want to see the Carnival, and Saint Tropez because David says it's the most beautiful place he has ever seen. This was my first vacation without my family and it was a vacation 3 years overdue for both me and David, so there! It's kind of a big deal...yeah. We'll be back!
