Busy Weekend...

Saturday and Sunday were spent outdoors....I'll let the pictures do that talking :) Happy Spring!!!

Oh Spring, I have missed you!

It's April 1st and it finally feels like it's spring time around here :)

David and I were planning on attending the season opener of the Nat's today but he had to go into work because he obviously works for the devil.....bah just kidding. He's just the "go-to" guy at work and obviously they give him an assignment because they know he can deliver so I guess that's not such a bad thing. But today was gorgeous weather for a game, just saying.

....Moving on!

This weekend was Easter weekend and it was jammed packed with awesomeness :) Here's a recap with some pics :)

Saturday night we all went to see David Guetta at Echo Stage in DC. It was for Lejia's birthday and it was so much fun. We got home at 4:30 am that day!

Easter Sunday David and I went to lunch with Mrs. Campbell aka David's mom and she got us Easter gifts, she's so sweet :) We both got a new shirt, new pair of shoes and a book on office word. And of course Easter is not complete without some cadbury creme eggs :) they were in a cute little box with a ribbon on it, so cute!

Sunday afternoon I stopped off at Bob's house and she was heading out the door to see Liam so I tagged along. Little guy is getting over a cold so he was pretty sleepy during our visit. I love the way he sleeps :) and that outfit was too cute!

Sunday night was the premier of Game of Thrones season 3, such a good show. I have been waiting so long for this premier and it was good!

This is a picture taken from today. Achilles got a nice walk today and he's been napping on and off with me  ( I feel like I am still catching up on sleep since saturday night ).

All in all it was a pretty nice weekend. Next weekend we're planning on going to see the cherry blossoms in DC, should be a gorgeous day and you can expect some pics from that :)

Spring Time Blues

You've been neglected for too long...well I've been busy...or rather distracted by life.

This time of year I always crave the spring weather. So over the winter chill...I need some sun, pshhh who doesn't? Plus it's March and that means St. Patrick's Day is coming - I'll admit I never do anything for St. Paddy's Day but I do like me some Bailey's....delicious :) St. Paddy's is this weekend as a matter of fact. David will be New Jersey with his boys...have fun Bubby - see you on Sunday :)

Oh also this time of year because of Easter they bring out the Cadbury Creme Eggs which are AWESOME!!! I eat them -- like a lot! Just ask David, he knows my love for them :)

So remember another post I wrote a few months ago about hopefully finding a new place to live sometime in the spring of next year? Well I have decided I don't think I can wait until "sometime" next year to move out of Lejia's house. So I am deciding by the end of this year will be the time to move. I would have been living for 2 whole years by then and I just feel it is time. It doesn't even matter where I live as long as it's my own place where I can dump all my crap....I just need space...can you blame me?

So sometime in the late summer I will start to look for something...if anyone has any objections you may comment below, haha!

So if you were wondering what the "spring time blues" is all about it's about this time of year when I am wanting for spring weather and also this crazy itch to move into my own place...whether it's a....

..Apartment
..Condo
..House

...it really doesn't matter to me.
